Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Commission has terminated investigation 337-TA-745 after determining that the importation, sale for importation or sale within the U.S. after importation of certain wireless communication devices, portable music and data processing devices, computers and components thereof by Apple Inc. are not violating specified patents owned by Motorola Mobility Inc., which was bought out by Google. As a result, no import restrictions will be imposed on these products.
