The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-825 of certain silicon microphone packages and products containing the same. This termination is based on a settlement agreement between complainant Knowles Electronics LLC and the defendants, which the presiding administrative law judge found did not impose any undue burdens on the public health and welfare, competitive conditions in the U.S. economy or U.S. consumers.
