AD/CV Notices: Hot-Rolled Steel, Pipes and Tubes, Shrimp, Silicomanganese

Hot-Rolled Steel. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India for the period Dec. 1, 2013, through Nov. 30, 2014, the International Trade Administration has determined that Ispat Industries Ltd., JSW Steel Ltd., JSW Ispat Steel Ltd. and Tata Steel Ltd. had no entries of subject goods during the period of review.

Welded Pipes and Tubes. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipes and tubes from India for the period May 1, 2014, through April 30, 2014, based on the withdrawal of the request for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Frozen Shrimp. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India for the period Feb. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of 2.63 percent to 3.28 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Sept. 10.

Silicomanganese. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on silicomanganese from Kazakhstan for the period May 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015, based on the withdrawal of the request for review. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
