Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Hot-Rolled Steel. The International Trade Commission has scheduled an expedited sunset review of the antidumping duty order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Russia, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. Written comments are due by Sept. 6.

Pipe Fittings. The International Trade Administration is continuing the AD duty orders on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Brazil, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand and China for five years, effective Aug. 23. The goods covered by these orders consist of certain carbon steel butt-weld type fittings, other than couplings, under 14 inches in diameter, whether finished or unfinished. These items are currently classified under HTSUS subheading 7307.93.30.
