No IPR Import Restrictions on Hemostatic Products

The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-913 of certain hemostatic products and components thereof. The products at issue are used by medical providers to control bleeding during surgery. The ITC terminated this investigation on the basis of a settlement between complainants Baxter International Inc., Baxter Healthcare Corporation and Baxter Healthcare SA and the remaining respondents.
