Hand Trucks. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on hand trucks and certain parts thereof from China for the period Dec. 1, 2012, through Nov. 30, 2013, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for exporter New-Tec Integration (Xiamen) Co. Ltd. No AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject goods from New-Tec during the period of review, and no AD duty deposits will be required for subject goods from New-Tec that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 11.

The ITA also determined that Yangjian Shunhe Industrial Co. remains part of the China-wide entity and rescinded this review with respect to Full Merit Enterprise Limited because it did not receive any comments or information indicating that this exporter should be reviewed.

PET Film. In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from China for the period Nov. 1, 2012, through Oct. 31, 2013, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of 35.10 percent for Shaoxing Xiangyu Green Packing Co. Ltd. and 72.15 percent for Tianjin Wanhua Co. Ltd. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 11.

The ITA also continues to find that Fuwei Films (Shandong) Co. Ltd. and Sichuan Dongfang Insulating Material Co. Ltd. did not have any reviewable entries of subject goods during the period of review.
