AD/CV: Geogrid Products, Pipe and Pipe Fittings, Construction Castings, Coated Paper

Geogrid Products. The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination on biaxial integral geogrid products from China. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to require CV cash deposits on subject goods based on the preliminary subsidy rates, which range from 16.60 percent to 128.27 percent.

Copper Pipe and Tube. The International Trade Commission has scheduled full sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from China and Mexico. A hearing will be held Oct. 11, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Oct. 3, pre-hearing briefs are due by Sept. 30, and final comments are due by Nov. 10. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.

Iron Construction Castings. The ITC has scheduled full sunset reviews of the AD and/or CV duty orders of iron construction castings from Brazil, Canada and China. A hearing will be held Oct. 20, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Oct. 11, pre-hearing briefs are due by Oct. 11, and final comments are due by Nov. 28. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.

Coated Paper. The ITC has scheduled full sunset reviews of the AD and CV duty orders on coated paper suitable for high-quality print graphics using sheet-fed presses from China and Indonesia. A hearing will be held Oct. 27, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Oct. 20, pre-hearing briefs are due by Oct. 19, and final comments are due by Dec. 2. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.

Pipe Fittings. The ITC has scheduled expedited sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Brazil, China, Japan, Taiwan and Thailand. Written comments are due by July 6. These reviews will result in either the revocation of continuation of these orders.
