Details: Net countervailable subsidy rates of 24.24 percent to 66.27 percent. CV duties at these rates will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and CV cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Oct. 16.

Nature of Notice: Final results of new shipper review of antidumping duty order for the period Nov. 1, 2012, through April 30, 2013.
Details: Weighted average dumping margins of $3.33/kg for Jinxiang Merry Vegetable Co. Ltd. and $3.06/kg for Cangshan Qingshui Vegetable Foods Co. Ltd. AD duties at these rates will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Oct. 16.

Details: AD duties on entries of subject merchandise from these companies during the period of review will be assessed at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
