Nature of Notice: Initiation of administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders on the following products for the period Aug. 1, 2012, through July 31, 2013, unless otherwise indicated.

- small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe from Germany

Nature of Notice: Opportunity to request no later than Oct. 31 administrative reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders and/or suspension agreements on the following products for the period Oct. 1, 2012, through Sept. 30, 2013 (AD), or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2012 (CV), unless otherwise noted.

- electrolytic manganese dioxide from Australia and China (AD)
- carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Brazil (AD/CV), Indonesia (AD), Mexico (AD), Moldova (AD), Trinidad & Tobago (AD) and Ukraine (AD)
- pressure-sensitive plastic tape from Italy (AD)

Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2012, with respect to numerous companies that timely withdrew their requests for review.
Details: For rescinded entities that had a separate rate granted in the most recently completed segment of this proceeding in which they were under review, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review at the AD cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Commodity: Welded large diameter line pipe.
Country: Japan.
Nature of Notice: Sunset review determination that revocation of antidumping duty order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time.
Details: This order will shortly be extended for another five years.

Commodity: Carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod.
Country: Brazil.
Nature of Notice: Sunset review determination that revocation of countervailing duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies.
Details: If the International Trade Commission’s sunset review determination is also affirmative this order will be continued for another five years; otherwise, it will be revoked.

Commodity: Circular welded carbon quality steel pipe.
Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Sunset review determination that revocation of countervailing duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of net countervailable subsidies.
Details: If the International Trade Commission’s sunset review determination is also affirmative this order will be continued for another five years; otherwise, it will be revoked.

Agency: International Trade Administration.
Commodity: Silicomanganese.
Country: India, Kazakhstan and Venezuela.
Nature of Notice: Continuation of antidumping duty orders for five years, effective Oct. 2.
Details: The products covered by these orders are all forms, sizes and compositions of silicomanganese, except low-carbon silicomanganese, including silicomanganese briquettes, fines and slag. Silicomanganese is a ferroalloy composed principally of manganese, silicon and iron and normally contains much smaller proportions of minor elements such as carbon, phosphorous and sulfur. Silicomanganese generally contains by weight not less than 4% iron, more than 30% manganese, more than 8% silicon and not more than 3% phosphorous. Silicomanganese is properly classifiable under HTSUS 7202.30.0000 and may also be classified under HTSUS 7202.99.5040.
