New Foreign-Trade Zone in Vermont, Expanded Zone in Philadelphia

The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has recently taken the following actions.

- granted authority to establish FTZ 286 under the alternative site framework with a service area of Caledonia, Essex and Orleans counties in Vermont, within and adjacent to the Derby Line U.S. Customs and Border Protection port of entry

- authorized the reorganization and expansion under the ASF of FTZ 35, which will now have a service area of Philadelphia, Delaware, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Lancaster and Berks counties in Pennsylvania, in and adjacent to the Philadelphia CBP port of entryde Zone in Vermont, Expanded Zone in Philadelphia
