Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Frozen Fish Fillets. Pursuant to a court decision, the International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative and new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the periods Aug. 1, 2008, through July 31, 2009 (administrative review) and Aug. 1, 2009, through Feb. 15, 2010 (new shipper review). The revised weighted average dumping margin for Vinh Hoan Corporation, An Giang Fisheries Import and Export Joint Stock Company, East Se Seafoods Limited Liability Company and Southern Fishery Industries Co. Ltd. is $0.06/kg. If the court ruling is finalized, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on unliquidated entries of subject merchandise exported by these companies using the above rate. The cash deposit rate for entries of subject merchandise will remain the respondent-specific rate established for the subsequent and most-recent period during which the respondent was reviewed.

Multilayered Wood Flooring. In its changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China the ITA has preliminarily determined that Zhejiang Fuma Warm Technology Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Huzhou Fuma Wood Bus. Co. Ltd. for AD purposes and is therefore entitled to Huzhou Fuma’s AD cash deposit rate with respect to entries of subject merchandise.
