Nature of Notice: Amended final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012.
Details: Weighted average dumping margins of zero to 2.11 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on subject merchandise entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates are required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 7, 2014.

Details: Weighted average dumping margins of 22.07 percent to 34.00 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on subject merchandise entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after July 2.

Nature of Notice: July 11 meeting for vote on preliminary antidumping and countervailing injury determinations.

Commodity: Silicon metal.
Country: Russia.
Nature of Notice: Continuation of antidumping duty order for five years, effective July 2.
Details: The product covered by this order is silicon metal, which generally contains at least 96.00 percent but less than 99.99 percent silicon by weight. Silicon metal containing between 89.00 and 96.00 percent silicon by weight, but containing more aluminum than the silicon metal that contains at least 96.00 percent but less than 99.99 percent silicon by weight, is also included. Silicon metal currently is classifiable under HTSUS subheadings 2804.69.10 and 2804.69.50, but this order covers all silicon metal meeting the above specification regardless of tariff classification.

Nature of Notice: Final antidumping duty determinations postponed to Oct. 6 and provisional measures extended from a four-month period to a period not greater than six months.
