AD/CV: Ferrovanadium, Steel Plate, Threaded Rod, Pipe, Ammonium Nitrate
Ferrovanadium. The International Trade Commission has made a preliminary affirmative antidumping injury determination on ferrovanadium from Korea. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its AD duty investigation of this product, with its preliminary determination due on or about Sept. 6.
Cut-to-Length Plate. The ITC will hold an open meeting May 20 to vote on its preliminary AD and/or CV injury determinations on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, South Africa, Taiwan and Turkey.
Steel Threaded Rod. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on steel threaded rod from China for the period April 1, 2014, through March 31, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined weighted average dumping margins of zero for the RMB/IFI Group and 12.10 percent for Zhejiang New Oriental Co. Ltd. The ITA is also rescinding this review with respect to 83 companies.
Steel Pipe. In its changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea, the ITA has preliminarily determined that Hyundai Steel is the successor-in-interest to Hyundai HYSCO, with which it merged in July 2015. If the ITA upholds this preliminary determination Hyundai Steel will retain the AD rate assigned to HYSCO with respect to subject goods, which is currently 3.69 percent.
Ammonium Nitrate. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on solid fertilizer grade ammonium nitrate from Russia for the period April 1, 2014, through March 31, 2015, the ITA has determined that producer/exporter JSC Acron/JSC Dorogobuzh has a weighted average dumping margin of zero and that MCC EuroChem and its affiliates OJSC NAK Azot and OJSC Nevinnomyssky Azot had no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during this period.
