Ex-Im Bank Approves Financing for Wind Turbine Exports to Peru

The Export-Import Bank of the United States has authorized a pair of direct loans totaling nearly $65 million that will support the export of U.S.-made wind turbines to two wind power projects in Peru. The Bank states that this financing represents its first renewable energy transactions in Peru and that in fiscal year 2013 it authorized $257 million to support renewable energy exports, primarily to Central and Latin America.
