Ex-Im Bank Asked to Finance Locomotive Kits to South Africa

The Export-Import Bank of the United States has received an application for final commitment for a long-term loan or financial guarantee to support the export of U.S.-manufactured locomotive kits to South Africa, where they will be used to haul freight mainly within South Africa and in some cases to neighboring countries. Comments on this application are due no later than July 14.
