Ex-Im Bank Asked to Finance Exports of Semiconductor Equipment, Aircraft

The Export-Import Bank of the United States has received an application for final commitment for a long-term loan or financial guarantee to support the export of U.S.-manufactured semiconductor manufacturing equipment to Singapore. The Bank has received a similar application to support the export of U.S.-manufactured Boeing 747 commercial aircraft to Luxembourg, where they will be used to provide air cargo services globally. Comments on these applications are due no later than Aug. 12.
