Ex-Im Bank Asked to Finance Exports to Build Turkish Oil Refinery

The Export-Import Bank of the United States has received an application for final commitment for a long-term loan or financial guarantee to support the export of U.S.-manufactured equipment for a new crude oil refinery to be built in Turkey. The items being exported are coker heaters, furnaces, flare and various other components. Comments on this transaction are due no later than Sept. 13.
