Export Committee on Sensors and Instrumentation to Meet April 23

The Bureau of Industry and Security’s Sensors and Instrumentation Technical Advisory Committee will hold a partially open meeting April 23 at Commerce Department headquarters in Washington, D.C. This committee advises BIS on technical questions that affect the level of export controls applicable to sensors and instrumentation equipment and technology.

The public session of the upcoming meeting will include remarks from BIS management as well as industry presentations. This session will be accessible via teleconference to 20 participants on a first come, first served basis, and requests to join the conference are due no later than April 16. In addition, a limited number of seats will be available at the public session, but reservations are not accepted.
