ATF Proposes Extension of Info Collection on Explosives Samples

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives is accepting no later than March 18 comments on the proposed extension of an existing information collection regarding the furnishing of samples. The ATF requires licensed manufacturers and importers and persons who manufacture or import explosives materials or ammonium nitrate to submit samples at its request.
