Trade in Environmental Technologies, Renewable Energy Goods Subject of Upcoming Meetings

The International Trade Administration’s Environmental Technologies Trade Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting May 28 in Washington, D.C. This meeting will include discussion of the ETTAC’s recommendations as well as the status of the U.S. Environmental Export Initiative. Those interested in attending this meeting must notify the ITA no later than May 19.

The ITA’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Advisory Committee will meet via conference call May 15 to consider proposed recommendations from the U.S. competitiveness, trade policy, finance and trade promotion subcommittees that address issues affecting U.S. competitiveness in exporting renewable energy and energy efficiency products and services. Those wishing to participate in this call must notify the ITA no later than May 9.
