Electronic Products. The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-950 of electronic products, including products with near field communication system-level functionality and/or battery power-up functionality, components thereof, and products containing same. This termination is based on a licensing agreement between complainants NXP B.V. and NXP Semiconductors USA Inc. and the sole respondent, which is located in the U.S.

Document Cameras. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-967 of document cameras and software for use therewith with respect to one respondent based on a consent order stipulation. This investigation, based on a complaint filed on behalf of Pathway Innovations & Technologies Inc., remains active with respect to two other respondents.
