Nature of Notice: Issuance of countervailing duty orders.
Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to reinstitute the suspension of liquidation of entries of subject merchandise, to require CV cash deposits at the specified rates (158.88 percent for Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. and all other Chinese exporters, 17.12 percent for Leicong Industrial Company Ltd. (Taiwan), and 8.8 percent for all other Taiwanese exporters), and to assess CV duties on entries of subject merchandise based on these rates.

Details: The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject merchandise at the following rates.
- China: 407.52 percent for the China-wide entity
- Germany: 98.85 percent for CD Walzholz and Thyssenkrupp Electrical Steel EBG GMBH and 86.29 for all others
- Japan: 204.79 percent for JFE Steel Corporation and Sumitomo Corporation and 135.59 percent for all others
- Korea: 6.88 percent for POSCO/Daewoo International Corporation and all others
- Sweden: 126.72 percent for Surahammars Bruks AB and 98.46 percent for all others
- Taiwan: 52.23 percent for Leicong Industrial Company Ltd. and 27.54 percent for China Steel Corporation and all others

Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period April 1, 2012, through March 31, 2013.
Details: Weighted average dumping margins of 47.62 percent for IFI & Morgan Ltd. and RMB Fasteners Ltd. (collectively RMB/IFI Group) and 206 percent for the China-wide entity. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on subject merchandise entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Dec. 3.

Nature of Notice: Preliminary results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Feb. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014.
Details: Weighted average dumping margins of 78.69 percent for Linyi City Kangfa Foodstuff Drinkable Co. Ltd. and 102.87 percent for Zhangzhou Gangchang Canned Foods Co. Ltd.

Commodity: Frozen fish fillets.
Country: Vietnam.
Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2012, through July 31, 2013, because a non-bona fide sale was the only sale of subject merchandise during the period of review.
Details: There is no change to the current AD cash deposit requirements.
