IPR Enforcement Actions on Electric Skin Care Devices, Lip Balm Products

Electric Skin Care Devices. In patent and trade dress infringement investigation 337-TA-959 of electric skin care devices, brushes and chargers therefor, and kits containing the same, the International Trade Commission has found three respondents in default for failing to respond to the complaint and notice of investigation.

Separately, the ITC has issued modified consent orders against two respondents and terminated this investigation with respect to them.

Lip Balm Products. The ITC has terminated in its entirety, without the imposition of import restrictions, patent infringement investigation 337-TA-961 of lip balm products, containers for lip balm and components thereof based on the withdrawal of the complaint by eos Products LLC and The Kind Group LLC.
