Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

In the final results of its changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from China, the International Trade Administration has determined that Ningbo Afa Kitchen and Bath Co. Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Yuyao Afa Kitchenware Co. Ltd. and is thus entitled to its AD cash deposit rate, which is currently 4.29 percent. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all shipments of subject goods produced or exported by Ningbo and entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after March 25 at this rate.
