AD/CV: Diamond Sawblades, Rebar

Diamond Sawblades. The International Trade Administration is rescinding its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from China for the period Nov. 1, 2014, through Oct. 31, 2015, with respect to Husqvarna (Hebei) Co. Ltd. due to the withdrawal of the requests for review of this company. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods from Husqvarna at the AD cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Rebar. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period Sept. 15 through Dec. 31, 2014, with respect to six companies for which the petitioner timely withdrew its request for review. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess CV duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods from these companies at the CV cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
