Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Diamond Sawblades. The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative reviews of the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades from China for the periods Jan. 23, 2009, through Oct. 31, 2010, and Nov. 1, 2010, through Oct 31, 2011, pursuant to court decisions. The revised weighted average dumping margins for the China-wide entity are 82.12 percent and 82.05 percent, respectively. However, the ITA is not updating the AD cash deposit rate for the China-wide entity because a more recent rate has been established.

Hangers. The ITA is rescinding its administrative review of the AD duty order on steel wire garment hangers from China for the period Oct. 1, 2014, through Sept. 30, 2015, with respect to 44 of the 46 companies for which a review had been requested. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods from these 44 companies at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

HFC Blends. The International Trade Commission has made a preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on hydrofluorocarbon blends and components from China.
