Defense Trade Advisory Group to Meet Nov. 15
The State Department’s Defense Trade Advisory Group, a collection of private-sector representatives who advise State on policies, regulations, and technical issues affecting defense trade, will hold an open meeting Nov. 15 in Washington, D.C. The agenda for this meeting will include the following.
- review of past DTAG reports on issues previously examined and identification of those issues and reports that remain relevant, warrant further DTAG review or update, and should be considered by State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls for implementation
- identify and recommend to DDTC new issues for DTAG to review
- organize all (past and new) issues into a list of priorities for DTAG action and DDTC consideration
As seating is limited to 125 persons, those wishing to attend the meeting must notify DTAG no later than Nov. 4.
