Customs Broker Licenses Revoked, Canceled, Reinstated

Broker Licenses/Permits Canceled. U.S. Customs and Border Protection has canceled the following customs broker licenses and any and all associated permits. Readers are reminded that broker licenses may be canceled for a variety of reasons and that the cancellation of a license does not necessarily indicate that the associated customs broker is no longer in business.

Corrected Notice of License Revocation. CBP is correcting a Dec. 6, 2012, notice to indicate that the following customs brokers have not had their licenses revoked and are currently active.

- license #20664: Kevin Downie, Chicago

- license #10970: Gerda Gregersen, Houston

- license #12779: Hiram L. Henry, Los Angeles

- license #15524: Robert A. Duncan, New York

Licenses Revoked. The following brokers were incorrectly listed in the Dec. 6, 2012, notice, as having had their licenses revoked but have since had their licenses revoked by operation of law for failure to file a triennial status report.

Licenses Reinstated. Customs broker license #17201 issued to Pablo Santos in Chicago, which was revoked on Dec. 6, 2012, by operation of law, has been reinstated and is currently active.
