Crawfish Meat. In the preliminary results of its administrative and new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China for the period Sept. 1, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined weighted average dumping margins of zero to 13.90 percent.

Steel Cylinders. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on high-pressure steel cylinders from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2015, based on the timely withdrawal of the requests for review. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess CV duties on appropriate entries of subject goods at the CV cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Pipe Fittings. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy for the period Feb. 1, 2015, through Jan. 31, 2016, after the sole party requesting review timely withdrew its request. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
