Following are highlights of regulatory effective dates and deadlines and federal agency meetings coming up in the next week.

Sept. 3 – effective date of final rule lowering cotton import fee

Sept. 3 – effective date of ruling revocations or modifications on valve cable supports, drug capsules, and pitted and hydrated prunes

Sept. 3 – effective date of final rule revising method of valuing price of inputs in AD proceedings involving non-market economy countries

Sept. 4 – deadline for comments on potential IPR probe of outdoor grills

Sept. 4 – effective date of final rule on use of gluten-free claims in food labeling

Sept. 6 – deadline for comments on request to reorganize and expand FTZ 18 in San Jose, Calif.
