AD/CV: Copper, Wooden Furniture, High-Pressure Cylinders, Paper

Phosphor Copper. The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative dumping determination on phosphor copper from Korea. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits on subject goods based on the preliminary dumping margin of 3.79 percent.

Wooden Bedroom Furniture. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China, the ITA has determined that seven companies are part of the China-wide entity, which is subject to a dumping margin of 216.01 percent. The ITA has also determined that 11 other companies had no reviewable transactions during the period of review. Comments on these preliminary results are due by Nov. 10.

High-Pressure Cylinders. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on high-pressure steel cylinders from China for the period June 1, 2015, through May 31, 2016, due to the withdrawal of the requests for review. As a result, the ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods during this period at the cash deposit rates in effect at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Lined Paper Products. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the CV duty order on lined paper products from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2014, the ITA has determined a net subsidy rate of 0.92 percent for producer/exporter Goldenpalm Manufacturers PVT Ltd.
