Cooking Ware. The International Trade Commission has instituted a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on porcelain-on-steel cooking ware from China. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. Responses are due by March 2.

Magnesium. The ITC has instituted a sunset review of the AD duty order on magnesium from China. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. Responses are due by March 2.

Magnesia Carbon Bricks. In its sunset review of the AD and countervailing duty orders on magnesia carbon bricks from China and Mexico, the ITC has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will be continued for five years.
