Commercial Labs and Gaugers Approved

U.S. Customs and Border Protection has announced that the following companies have been accredited as commercial laboratories and/or approved as commercial gaugers.

- effective Aug. 7, 2013, Columbia Inspection Inc. of Fife, Wash., has been approved to gauge and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes

- effective Aug. 6, 2013, Inspectorate America Corporation of Torrance, Calif., has been approved to gauge and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes

- effective Sept. 10, 2013, Inspectorate America Corporation of Tampa, Fla., has been [approved to gauge and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes

- effective Aug. 30, 2013, Inspectorate America Corporation of Ferndale, Wash., has been approved to gauge and accredited to test petroleum and certain petroleum products for customs purposes

- effective Sept. 19, 2013, Inspectorate America Corporation of Baytown, Texas, has been approved to gauge petroleum and certain petroleum products oils for customs purposes
