July 6 – deadline for comments to USDA on requests to amend plant import regulations

July 6 – deadline for comments to USDA on animal and plant user fee information collections

July 6 – effective date of revocation or modification of classification rulings on modular transporters, lawn ornaments

July 6 – deadline for comments to BIS on improving export clearance requirements

July 6 – deadline for comments to BIS and State on harmonizing destination control statements for ITAR, EAR exports

July 6 – deadline for comments to CBP on FTZ admission application, activity permit

July 6 – effective date of conditions of entry on cargo ships stopping in Gambia

July 7 – deadline for comments on expansion of FTZ 82 in Mobile, Ala.

July 7 – deadline for comments on expanded FTZ production authority at Kentucky auto parts facility

July 10 – deadline for comments to CBP on cargo manifest/declaration, ISF, container status messages, stow plans

July 10 – deadline for comments to USDA on imported egg inspection application

July 10 – deadline for comments on proposed revocation or modification of classification rulings on auto parts, ATV tires, shoes, textile goods, balance ball chairs, planters, showerheads and grader systems

July 10 – deadline for comments on potential IPR import restrictions on mobile handsets
