Ferrovanadium. The International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on ferrovanadium from China and South Africa would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will be continued for five years.

Citric Acid. The ITC has revised the schedule for its sunset reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada (AD) and China (AD/CV). The hearing will now be held March 26 and final comments are now due by May 11.
