Cased Pencils. The International Trade Administration has initiated and issued the preliminary results of a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on cased pencils from China. Comments on this determination are due no later than March 30.

Silicomanganese. The International Trade Commission has instituted and scheduled the preliminary phase of an AD injury investigation on silicomanganese from Australia. A conference will be held March 12, requests to appear at this conference are due by March 10, written briefs are due by March 17, and the ITC’s preliminary determination is due by April 6.
