Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Purified Carboxymethylcellulose. The International Trade Administration intends to revoke the antidumping duty order on purified carboxymethylcellulose from the Netherlands after preliminarily determining in a changed circumstances review that the domestic industry is no longer interested in applying this order. Comments are due no later than Sept. 14.

Solid Urea. The ITA has initiated a new shipper review of the AD duty order on solid urea from Russia with respect to Joint Stock Company PhosAgro-Cherepovets. This review will determine whether this company is entitled to an individual AD duty rate. During this review U.S. Customs and Border Protection will allow, at the option of the importer, the posting of a bond or security in lieu of a cash deposit for each entry of subject goods produced and exported by PhosAgro.
