Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Petroleum Wax Candles. In its sunset review of the antidumping duty order on petroleum wax candles from China, the International Trade Commission has determined that revoking this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will be continued for five years.

Phosphor Copper. The ITC has made a preliminary affirmative AD injury determination on phosphor copper from Korea.

Hot-Rolled Steel. The ITC has instituted a sunset review of the AD duty order on hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products from Russia. This order will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. Comments are due no later than June 1.
