Brightening Agents. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stilbenic optical brightening agents from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 6.19 percent for producer/exporter Teh Fong Ming International Co. Ltd. AD duties at this rate will be assessed on subject goods entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after July 6.

Bedroom Furniture. The International Trade Commission has scheduled a full sunset review of the AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. A hearing will be held Nov. 10, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Nov. 7, pre-hearing briefs are due by Oct. 31, post-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 22, and final comments are due by Dec. 23.

Dioctyl Terephthalate. The ITC has instituted and scheduled the preliminary phase of an AD injury investigation of dioctyl terephthalate from Korea. A conference will be held July 19, requests to appear at the conference are due by July 19, written briefs are due by July 26, and the ITC’s preliminary determination is due by Aug. 15.
