Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Administration has postponed from Feb. 2 to March 24 the due date for the preliminary determination in its antidumping duty investigation of boltless steel shelving units pre-packaged for sale from China. The petitioner requested the postponement to facilitate the ITA’s analysis of respondents’ questionnaire responses and interested parties’ surrogate value data submissions. The deadline for the final AD duty determination will continue to be 75 days after the date of the preliminary determination, unless postponed at a later date.
