New IPR Import Restrictions on Archery Products

In investigation 337-TA-919, the International Trade Commission has issued a limited exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed entry of archery products and related marketing materials that are imported or manufactured abroad by or on behalf of Ningbo Topoint Outdoor Sports Co. Ltd. that infringe specified patents or trademarks owned by Bear Archery Inc. and SOP Services Inc. The bond under which infringing articles may enter the U.S. during the 60-day period the president has to review this remedy is 100 percent of the entered value of the imported subject articles. This investigation is now terminated.
