ITA Narrows Review of AD Duty Order on Thermal Paper from Germany

The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on lightweight thermal paper from Germany for the period Nov. 1, 2012, through Oct. 31, 2013, with respect to Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Flensburg GmbH, Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Bielefeld GmbH, Mitsubishi International Corp. and Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Europe GmbH due to the withdrawal of the requests for review with respect to those companies. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
