Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD and CV duties on subject merchandise at the cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Nature of Notice: Initiation of new shipper review of antidumping duty order for the period Nov. 1, 2012, through April 30, 2013.
Details: This review will determine whether Cangshan Qingshui Vegetable Foods Co. Ltd. and Jinxiang Merry Vegetable Co. Ltd. are entitled to separate rates.

Nature of Notice: July 10 open meeting for vote in sunset review of antidumping duty orders.
Details: If the ITC’s vote is affirmative this order will be continued for another five years; otherwise, it will be revoked.

Commodity: Sodium hexametaphosphate.
Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Sunset review determination that revocation of this antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time.
Details: This order will shortly be continued for another five years.
