Nature of Notice: Scope rulings on the following antidumping and countervailing duty orders made between April 1 and June 30, 2014.
- polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from Brazil (AD)
- aluminum extrusions from China (AD/CV)
- multilayered wood flooring from China (AD/CV)
- steel wire garment hangers from China (AD)
- wooden bedroom furniture from China (AD)

Commodity: Seamless refined copper pipe and tube.
Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Amended final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Nov. 1, 2011, through Oct. 31, 2012.
Details: Weighted average dumping margin of 4.48 percent for exporter Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group Inc., Hong Kong GD Trading Co. Ltd., and Golden Dragon Holding (Hong Kong) International Ltd. AD duties at this rate will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate are effective as of April 28, 2014.

Nature of Notice: Initiation of changed circumstances review to determine whether La Molisana S.p.A. is the successor-in-interest of La Molisana Industrie Alimentai S.p.A. and thus entitled to its antidumping duty rate.

Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Continuation of countervailing duty order for five years, effective Aug. 12.
Details: The merchandise covered by this order is circular welded austenitic stainless pressure pipe not greater than 14 inches in outside diameter. This merchandise includes the ASTM A-312 or ASTM A-778 specifications or comparable domestic or foreign specifications. ASTM A-358 products are only included when they are produced to meet ASTM A-312 or ASTM A-778 specifications or comparable domestic or foreign specifications. The subject imports are normally classified in HTSUS subheadings 7306.40.5005, 7306.40.5040, 7306.40.5062, 7306.40.5064 and 7306.40.5085 and may also enter under subheadings 7306.40.1010, 7306.40.1015, 7306.40.5042, 7306.40.5044, 7306.40.5080 and 7306.40.5090. Excluded from the scope are (1) welded stainless mechanical tubing meeting ASTM A-554 or comparable domestic or foreign specifications; (2) boiler, heat exchanger, superheater, refining furnace, feedwater heater and condenser tubing meeting ASTM A-249, ASTM A-688 or comparable domestic or foreign specifications; and (3) specialized tubing meeting ASTM A-269, ASTM A-270 or comparable domestic or foreign specifications.

Nature of Notice: Continuation of antidumping duty order for five years, effective Aug. 12.
Details: The products covered by this order are certain malleable iron pipe fittings, cast, other than grooved fittings. The merchandise is currently classifiable under HTSUS subheadings 7307.19.9030, 7307.19.9060, 7307.19.9080 and 7326.90.8588. Excluded from the scope of this order are metal compression couplings, which are imported under HTSUS subheading 7307.19.9080. A metal compression coupling consists of a coupling body, two gaskets and two compression nuts. These products range in diameter from ½ inch to 2 inches and are carried only in galvanized finish.
