Ammonium Sulfate. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting July 8 to vote on its preliminary antidumping and countervailing injury determinations on ammonium sulfate from China.

Steel Wire Rod. The ITC will hold an open meeting July 8 to vote in its sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on stainless steel wire rod from Italy, Japan, Korea, Spain and Taiwan. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.

Steel Pipe. In the final results of its changed circumstances review of the AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea, the International Trade Administration has determined that Hyundai Steel Corporation is the successor-in-interest to Hyundai HYSCO and should therefore receive its current AD cash deposit rate of 1.62 percent. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to suspend liquidation of all shipments of subject goods produced or exported by Hyundai Steel and entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 30 at this rate.
