AD/CV Notices: Aluminum Extrusions, Xanthan Gum

Aluminum Extrusions. The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on aluminum extrusions from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013. The amended net subsidy rates for dozens of companies are either 28.01 percent or 187.86 percent. CV duties at these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption during the period of review, and CV cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Dec. 14, 2015.

Xanthan Gum. The ITA is preliminarily rescinding its new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on xanthan gum from China for the period July 1, 2014, through June 30, 2015, after preliminarily determining that Inner Mongolia Jianlong Biochemical Co. Ltd. did not make a bona fide sale of subject goods during this period.
