Aluminum Extrusions. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on aluminum extrusions from China for the period May 1, 2013, through April 30, 2014, with respect to 114 of the 155 companies for which a review was initially requested. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise from the companies for which the review is being rescinded at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Bedroom Furniture. The ITA has amended the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2008, pursuant to a court decision. The ITA has calculated a revised weighted average dumping margin of 41.3 percent for the mandatory respondent, Dongguan Sunrise Furniture Co. Ltd., Taicang Sunrise Wood Industry Co. Ltd., Taicang Fairmont Designs Furniture Co. Ltd. and Meizhou Sunrise Furniture Co. Ltd. (collectively Fairmont), and two separate rate respondents, Langfang Tiancheng Furniture Co. Ltd. and Longrange Furniture Co. Ltd. If this rate is finalized the ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties based on this rate on entries of subject merchandise from these companies during the period of review.
