Aluminum Extrusions. Pursuant to a court decision, the International Trade Administration has amended a final scope ruling for the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on aluminum extrusions from China to specify that certain refrigerator/freezer trim kits meet the description of excluded finished goods kits and are therefore not covered by the scope of these orders. This change is effective as of Jan. 30, 2016.

PET Film, Sheet and Strip. In the final results of its administrative review of the CV duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013, the ITA has determined subsidy rates of 2.11 percent to 8.90 percent for seven manufacturer/exporters.

In the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on such goods for the period July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014, the ITA has determined weighted average dumping margins of zero to 0.59 percent.

AD and CV duties at these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the respective periods of review, and AD and CV cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Feb. 16.

Potassium Permanganate. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on potassium permanganate from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2014, the ITA has determined a weighted average dumping margin of $2.20/kg for exporter Pacific Accelerator Limited.
