Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The Export-Import Bank of the United States has received an application for final commitment for a long-term loan or financial guarantee to support the export of Boeing 747 aircraft to Azerbaijan, where they will be used to provide air cargo services globally. To the extent that the Bank is reasonably aware, these aircraft are not expected to be used to produce exports or provide services in competition with the exportation of goods or provision of services by a U.S. industry. Comments on this application are due no later than April 14.
