Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of countervailing duty order for the period Feb. 13 through Dec. 31, 2013, due to petitioner’s withdrawal of its request for review.
Details: CV duties on entries of subject merchandise from the 47 companies subject to this review will be assessed at the cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Commodity: Lightweight thermal paper.
Country: China and Germany.
Nature of Notice: Scheduling of full sunset reviews of antidumping and countervailing duty orders.
Details: Pre-hearing staff report will be placed in the non-public record Oct. 8 and a public version will be issued thereafter. A hearing will be held Oct. 30, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Oct. 22, and pre-hearing briefs are due by Oct. 20. Post-hearing briefs are due by Nov. 10 and final comments are due by Dec. 11.
